These assessments are designed to uncover the root causes of emotional, behavioural, or cognitive challenges. Here’s a little about the background I bring to our work together:

  • I’m a Licensed Psychologist in both Alberta and Ontario.
  • I earned a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Springfield College in Massachusetts.
  • I also hold a Master’s Degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge.
  • I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), helping you take back control over sleep and rest, which are often disrupted by stress and trauma.
  • My doctoral research focused on occupational stress and brain arousal in police officers, giving me deep insight into how high-pressure jobs impact your mental health.

Once we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule your first session during our consultation. You will receive a confidential consent form via email, which can be completed digitally before your first session.
