Hi, I’m Linda, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and my own experience in therapy has shown me how powerful it can be to have space to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply. Therapy became my path because I witnessed how powerful it is when someone truly feels seen, understood, and supported. Having a safe space to explore thoughts and emotions can create real shifts in how people relate to themselves and others.


I’m passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, and major life transitions. Whether someone is feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater clarity, I believe meaningful change happens when people are met with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools that help them move forward with confidence and intention.

My Approach


Linda is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts from York University, and is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.


Linda supports clients through a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach that integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, or the impact of past experiences, she helps them understand how their nervous system and early attachments shape how they show up in their lives today. Her work blends evidence-based tools such as EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and IFS-informed parts work to gently process unresolved trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, and deepen connection with self and others.


Together with clients, Linda creates a space where healing feels possible, and where you can move toward healthier relationships, greater clarity, and lasting change.

Schedule Your Free Consultation

You’ll start with a free 20-minute phone consultation. You and your therapist will talk about what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping to get support with. This is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for working together, and decide whether therapy feels like the right next step.

Meet Your Therapist

After the consultation, you and your therapist will book your first session. You’ll receive your intake and consent forms by email, along with a secure link for your video appointment. At the scheduled time, you and your therapist will meet online and begin your work together.

Start Feeling Better

You and your therapist will work together using evidence-based methods that support real progress. You’ll learn strategies for managing difficult situations, building confidence, and developing practical tools you can use day to day.
