Who I Work With
Are you feeling lost? Stuck in your emotions? Grieving the life you once thought you would have and the person you thought you were? Having a safe space to work through these complicated feelings is a crucial step in healing and one I can guarantee. Although it may feel like pain is so heavy that you don’t recognize yourself anymore, we can work together to heal these wounds.
Hi, I’m Hayley, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and my own experience with therapy after betrayal trauma has shown me how impactful it is to have your pain seen. To have a safe space to reflect on and process through difficult emotions was transformative for me and I am passionate about creating that space for my clients.
I want you to know that you do not need to navigate pain and trauma on your own, I am here for you and we can walk the path to healing together.
